FMYSD: 2021 National Youth Conference Gets New Date

The Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development (FMYSD) has on Saturday 9th of October, 2021 announced the new date for National Youth Conference which was initially set to hold in Abuja from 12th – 15th October, 2021.

According to the post on their official Instagram page, the new date which is now November 1st - 3rd, 2021 was picked in recognition of the fact that in 2020, the Federal Government designated 1st November of each year as the NATIONAL YOUTH DAY, hence the decision by the Ministry to hold the conference beginning from Monday 1st to Wednesday 3rd November, 2021.

The Ministry went on to assure the youth on their commitment in working towards a more inclusive and sustainable national development programme for the youth of our country Nigeria and regrets whatever inconvenience the shift in date may have caused.

Moreover, the venue of the conference remains the Velodrome inside the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
