Stop Building Flyovers Where There Is No Traffic, You Can Do More For Citizens - Tinubu Tells Governors

Nigerian President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has asked state governors to stop building flyovers where there is no numeric traffic and focus more on improving the quality of life of the citizens.

The President said this in Abuja while receiving traditional rulers from Oyo state led by Oba Rashidi Ladoja, the Olubadan of Ibadan land, at the State House on Thursday, July 30th.

He said; "The financial allocations of states had increased more than four times compared to when the monarch and the president served as state governors.

Speaking on the insecurity in the country, the President also advised them to be extra vigilant by knowing their neighbourhood, and report any strange people around them. 

He also added that the security challenge in Nigeria is getting better.
