This is to inform the general public that the Nigerian Bottling Company Limited Technical Trainee Programme 2021/2022 for Young Nigerians is open for new intakes.

The Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC) which is a member of Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, started it's operations in Nigeria in 1951. NBC limited is based in the city of Lagos, and operates 13 bottling plants across the country. In addition, NBC limited channel products through 59 warehouses and distribution centres. They are the sole franchise bottler and distributor for products of the Coca-Cola Company in Nigeria.

About the Programme:

Nigerian Bottling Company Limited, wishes to admit interested and qualified young Nigerians of sound character and learning potential to undertake an intensive eighteen-months Training Programme in Lagos on Technical Skills Development in the following areas:

1. Basic Bottling Process
2. Industrial Mechatronics
3. Automation and Process Control Engineering
4. Machine Shop Operation
5. General Fittings and Welding
6. Utility Maintenance and Operations

Programme Eligibility Requirements:

Candidates wishing to apply for the above listed positions must possess the following qualifications:

1. Minimum of Lower Credit in Ordinary National Diploma (OND) issued by Nigerian Polytechnic in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering not earlier than 2020.
2. Industrial experience, for example Industrial Attachment, will be an added advantage.
3. Interested candidates should be open to work in any part of the country where our plants are located.

Programme Benefits:

1. Successful candidates will enjoy a monthly stipend (not salary) for the entire duration of the program. It is a non-residential training at our Technical Training Centre located in Ikeja, Lagos.
2. Trainees will be exposed to classroom, hands-on sessions, and on-the-job training experience in Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd Plant in Ikeja, Lagos State.
3. On successful completion of the training program, trainees will receive internal certificates of participation and may be offered permanent employment as Technicians or Technical Operators with the company.
